Registration fees

The following fees apply (incl. 27% Hungarian VAT):

Registration fees :
Medical specialists	40.000 HUF
Residents	10.000 HUF
Student/Paramedical	5.000 HUF

“Student” applies to undergraduate, graduate and medical students, residents and post-doctoral research trainees . A letter from the Head of Department proving the participant’s student status must accompany each student registration.
“Paramedical” applies to support personnel such as nurses/midwives, laboratory technicians, counselors/psychologists/social workers.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the registration forms with the appropriate fees, a confirmation letter will be sent by email.

Cancellation

A full refund (less 30.000 HUF administration fee) will be granted to participants unable to attend, provided written notice is received before 1st September 2019. After this date we are not able to consider requests. Please note that refunds will be issued only after the end of the congerence.
